The Association for Jewish Studies (AJS) hosted their 52nd Annual Conference from December 13-17, 2020 online due to restrictions caused by COVID-19. Pegged as the "largest annual international gathering of Jewish Studies scholars in the world," the AJS hosted more than 190 sessions in an online format.
Of particular note for DHJewish were the panels "Yiddish Texts and/within the Digital Commons" and "Digital & Oral Pedagogies" as well as the roundtable "Transforming Jewish Studies: Changes, Challenges, Paths for the Future. The Center for Jewish History at 20."
